This workshop is great for those who are more familiar with functional or sport training and may not be confident in working with the machines in a gym setting. Knowing the set up and use of all the Cardio Training Equipment, or how to properly adjust the seat height and change the weight on all the gym machines is something all Personal Trainers must know before charging for sessions as a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer.
You will discover:
- An increased confidence in knowing how to correctly set up and effectively use all cardio machines and weight training machines
- Many new exercises allowing you to expand your training options for your clients.
- Exercise progressions along with spotting and cuing techniques for each
- The extraordinary variety in using gym equipment for all levels of fitness
